At Electramart.tech, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process to make your experience hassle-free. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Return:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Electronic components, sensors, development boards, and ICs that have been soldered, altered, or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return.
  • Custom-made or special-order components are non-returnable.

2. Timeframe for Return:

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
  • For exceptional cases, please reach out to us at support@electramart.tech.

3. Initiating a Return:

  • Log in to your account on Electramart.tech and navigate to your order history to select the item(s) for return.
  • Alternatively, you can email your order details to support@electramart.tech to initiate the return process.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product shipped).
  • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • Ensure that all original product tags, accessories, and packaging are intact.

5. Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges:

  • Direct exchanges are not offered. Please return your original item and place a new order for the desired product.
  • If an exchange is requested due to product defects, the replacement will be sent after verification.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@electramart.tech with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect.

8. International Orders:

  • International orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Returns from international locations will incur shipping, customs, or additional charges to be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds will only cover the product cost.

9. Sale Items:

  • Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are non-refundable.
